I'm thrilled to share my first project for Tando Creative today!  The theme this week at the Tando Creative Design Blog is Arches, Tags and ATCs.  Arches and ATCs are my new addiction and I had a lot of fun creating this arch with a Gothic Arch Layered Frame and pieces from the Heart Cog Pendant.

I glued chipboard pieces from the pendant and some metal embellishments to the bottom piece of the arch frame and then covered that with a layer of aluminum foil, a couple of layers of paint, tinting solution and Perfect Pearls, to make a grungy background.  I covered the top layer of the frame with some patterned paper and added a quote and a chain of trinkets to finish the piece.  Tando chipboard is thick and sturdy and I could have piled on more embellishments and mediums without any worries that my project would fall apart.

If you'd like to win some Tando products, stop by the Tando Creative Challenge Blog. Each month is a different challenge theme and the chance to win!

If you want to try the technique I used on the base of my arch, check out these videos by CapricornArtist73 and RachO113!  Thanks so much for stopping by!
